With a degree in advertising design and 8 years experience in the industry, she took the leap and founded Weddings by Nancy in 2002. Since then she has been very instrumental in promoting the wedding industry in and around the La Crosse area. In 2005 she co-founded and published The Wedding Magazine in La Crosse, and now also publishes the magazine in Rochester, MN and Green Bay, WI. A member of the Association of Bridal Consultants since 2003, currently she is the Wisconsin State Coordinator. Additionally, this year she will publish a new national magazine for wedding planners, Wedding Planner Magazine with the president of the Association of Bridal Consultants. Married in 1996, in her spare time Nancy can be found with her three children, husband, and family —hiking, skiing, sledding, at basketball games, volleyball games, baseball games, tennis lessons, fishing, softball games, swimming lessons and trying to figure out how to beat her boys on the PS3.

In 2010, fresh out of her certification in Event Management from the University of San Diego, Jill Drazkowski joined Weddings by Nancy. Her first wedding was one of our sophisticated ballroom weddings — and she has been addicted to the industry ever since. She plans and designs weddings with Nancy and also works on The Wedding Magazine. She graduated from Western Technical College with a degree in Marketing. Jill is also a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants. When she is not planning weddings, she is spending time with her friends and family. Her favorite time of the year is spring/summer because the colors are so beautiful, and there is so much anticipation of new things. She loves to be outdoors – hiking, biking, running, and her ultimate favorite is being on the river.
